New construction is coordinated the same way as every other ForgePoint project: integrated architectural and engineering services, permitting through local building departments, construction management, milestone inspections and documented closeout.
Services may be performed by ForgePoint personnel where permitted by ForgePoint’s license classification or coordinated through appropriately licensed specialty contractors. Certified technicians may be used where applicable law permits certification in place of a contractor’s license. Service availability depends on project scope, location, permitting requirements and applicable licensing laws.
