The work is planned so the existing home stays livable where possible, with containment and protection through the phases that affect occupied space.
Services may be performed by ForgePoint personnel where permitted by ForgePoint’s license classification or coordinated through appropriately licensed specialty contractors. Certified technicians may be used where applicable law permits certification in place of a contractor’s license. Service availability depends on project scope, location, permitting requirements and applicable licensing laws.
